Elda Baguca has served as a Training Manager at the Research and Publication Department at the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA) since 2013.
She has previously worked at the Training Institute of Public Administration (TIPA), where since 2002 she has performed various duties, such as: Finance Manager, Head of Fiscal Training Centre and Communications Manager. Her previous experiences include financial management (1992-2002) at the Albanian Radio and Television and teaching (1987-1992).
Since 2007, she has been a lecturer at the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, teaching the courses of: Introduction to Economics, History of World Economy, Economic Theories and Academic Writing. Ms. Baguca graduated with honours from Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, for Political Economy, in 1987. In the period of 2004-2006 she has completed her Master's Degree studies in Public Administration from the Faculty of Economics in collaboration with the University of Nebraska.
