The Workshop Program brings to the discussion roundtable the Administration staff who are faced with same problems in their daily work. Under the guidance of a facilitator, participants are trained to “analyse the issue at hand” as opinions are shared, compared and become mature by interaction with peers in the context of the issue chosen for discussion.
At the end of the workshop, the learning process aims to enable participants to use different argumentative techniques in problem analysis and problem solving. At the end of the workshop, the participants leave with a deeper understanding of the problem, a structured approach and new skills to understand and argue the problem. Participants return to the discussion roundtable after 6 months to re-launch their concrete problem-solving experience, thereby enabling the exchange of experience and increasing the chances for a better solution.
