Blerta Hyska has been a Training Manager at the Albanian School of Public Administration since September 2013. She graduated in Political Science from the University of Tirana in 2003 and later completed her studies for Political Sciences and Governance from Paris 8 University in France, where she graduated in 2006.
Ms. Hyska has started her working experience teaching at University level and latter engaged in pedagogical counselling and relations with international institutions.
In the period of March - September 2007 she has conducted an intensive internship at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, France. She is the author of several scientific publications published in the French language abroad on topics related to migration, human rights and good governance. Her areas of interest relate to foreign languages, reading and translations.
