Alketa Arapi graduated with the title "Teacher of Language and Literature for secondary schools", at the University of Tirana.
In 2001, she was certified by London Metropolitan University and IOM as a "Trainer for training" in the fight against human trafficking. She contributed as a trainer for trainings organized by several non-profit organizations, in the field against human trafficking, protection of women's and children's rights.
She has many years of experience in the field of written and visual media, as part of "Panorama Group" and "Fokus Group".
She has been part of the Public Administration since 2018, holding various positions, such as PR Coordinator, human resource management specialist, etc.
Recently, Alketa has joined the Albanian School of Public Administration and holds the position: Training Manager at the Quality Assessment Sector, in the Quality Development and Assessment Directorate
