Arta Balla is a Training Manager at the Albanian School of Public Administration. She gives her contribution to the drafting and development of training programs and training methodologies.
Before joining ASPA, Arta has been engaged in providing psychosocial services for various groups, such as: women and girls at risk of trafficking and children aged 3-15 years old.
Ms. Balla graduated from the University of Tirana at the Faculty of Social Sciences in the field of Social Work in 1997-2001.
She holds a Master of Science degree from the European University of Tirana in the field of Counselling Psychology, where she graduated in 2015.
She has received numerous trainings and qualifications at home and abroad in the field of counselling, training and human resources.
