As Albania advances on its path toward EU membership, EIPA supports the strengthening of its public administration.

In September, EIPA experts Juan Diego Ramírez-Cárdenas Díaz and Peter Goldschmidt delivered a “Training of Trainers” workshop for the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA) in Tirana.

Organised under the Luxembourg Technical Assistance Programme for Albania, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade, the workshop enhanced ASPA’s training and adult learning capacities, reinforcing its role as a centre of excellence for Albania’s civil service.
