Training for public administration
The Public Administration needs qualified employees with excellent management skills, capable of analyzing, planning, implementing, and monitoring effectively. There is also a need for a strong sense of responsibility towards the public good and the ability to work both in teams and independently.
To help develop such a body of civil servants, the Albanian School of Public Administration offers training and ongoing development opportunities for civil servants and state administration employees.
