The Albanian School of Public Administration, pursuant to Article 8 of Law No. 152/2013 On Civil Service, has administrative and academic autonomy for the professional training of civil servants. Quality standards are the foundation of the service infrastructure we provide. Ensuring the quality of civil service training programs is both our mission and our responsibility.

In this context, the School is open to cooperation with all institutions or civil society organizations that want to offer training programs in accordance with our quality standards. Our certification attests that your training program is fully compliant with our standards, which are constantly updated and upgraded to the needs of Public Administration.
