National CAF Correspondents and External Feedback Actors from across Europe came together for the 𝐂𝐀𝐅 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐄𝐑) 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

The training engaged attendees through case studies, simulations, and expert exchanges, providing hands-on experience with the external evaluation process.
Participants left with a deeper understanding of the latest developments in external feedback, including its purpose, principles, and practical application, to evaluate and support organisations’ maturity and continuous improvement through the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) and Principles of Excellence.
