Xheni Koçi is a Training Manager at the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA). She completed her higher education in 2015 for Banking and Finance at Epoka University and her master's degree studies in the same program and university.

During her master studies and onwards she worked as a finance economist for a period of 3 years in the private sector. The National Work Practice launched by the Albanian Government gave Xheni the opportunity to become part of the Albanian School of Public Administration and now she continues to work at this institution.
