Erlinda completed her Bachelor's and Master's studies in the "Finance" Department at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana. He has work experience in both the private and public sectors, including institutions such as the National Commercial Bank and the State Inspectorate of Labor and Social Services.
He has completed various courses and trainings in the field of Economics, Accounting, Statistics and Management.
During the master's period, he has conducted several scientific researches, which include: "Factors influencing the demand for financial services", "Risk management of leasing companies in Albania", etc.
Erlinda is currently a Specialist in the Directorate of Finance and Support Services at the Albanian School of Public Administration.
