Lorena Kurti, by profession "Lawyer", graduated from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law. After completing the cycle of scientific master's studies, she completed the professional master's degree "EU Business Law" at this faculty and defended the topic "Human Rights", as one of her aspirations to contribute to the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of man. Also, to fulfill the desire for a fair system, it is licensed by the National Bar Association and bears the title "Lawyer".
Ms. Kurti has had work experience in the private and public sector. In the private sector, it is worth mentioning the enforcement company Tranzit S.A., where he developed his first professional skills in the legal field and familiarity with the judicial system.
Her experience in the public sector began in December 2016 as a "Lawyer" at the National Agency for Medicines and Support Services (AKBPM), an extremely valuable experience in public administration. At the same time, for a period of 3 (three) years, he was part of the "Network of Business Coordinators" at the Agency for Dialogue and Co-governance.
After the successful completion of the position he held for 6 (six) years at AKBPM, in December 2022, he is very pleased to become part of the staff of the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA), where he covers human resources and other work processes in function of ASPA's activity.
In the framework of European Integration and Negotiations, Lorena has been part of the GNP group set up by the Prime Minister and has been engaged in the field of approximation of legislation and analysis of legal deficiencies. In order to strengthen her knowledge in the field of European Integration, she completed for 1 (one) year the Academy of European Integration and Negotiations (AIEN), the summer school in the course "Democratization and European Integration", etc.
To increase her professional skills, Lori attended various trainings in the field of Human Resource Management, European Integration, Drafting of legislation, Public Procurement, and others.
Lorena is a positive, energetic girl and has a spirit of cooperation with the staff.
She loves art and is passionate about the violin, painting and theatre.
