Dafina Dodoveci is Head of the Training and Communication Sector at the Albanian School of Public Administration. She completed her higher education at the Faculty of Natural Sciences in Tirana, majoring in "Physics" and further deepened her knowledge by attending the second faculty in the field of Economics, where she completed her Master of Science studies in the "Accounting and Audit" profile at the "Canadian Institute of Technology" CIT.
Her experience in public administration began in 2013 as a specialist in the Development Programs Sector at the Regional Educational Directorate in Tirana. She has also been involved in the education sector, as a teacher in secondary education and a teaching assistant in higher education institutions.
Dafina is the co-author of the training module "How to improve teacher preparation to respond to the sustainable development objectives, Agenda 2030", accredited by the Ministry of Education and Sports for teachers, leaders, educators of the pre-university education system, as well as a member of many working groups in the field of education, training and economics. She is certified as a trainer of international EIPASS (European Informatics Passport) programs. She has participated in conferences and trainings inside and outside Albania in the field of teaching, education, human resources and public administration. Dafina's motto for training is "The success of a training is the improvement of personal and professional skills by influencing the increase in the performance of an individual or a certain team".
