Arlinda Hoti
Ms. Arlinda Hoti has been reappointed as the Director of the Training and Communication Directorate at the Albanian School of Public Administration in November 2023. She completed her higher education at the Warsaw School of Economics in Poland, where she studied at the Faculty of Economics, and she also obtained her doctoral degree from the Università degli Studi del Molise in Italy. Additionally, she completed a one-year program for senior public administration officials in Warsaw, Poland (KSAP), where she received a scholarship from the Polish government as an international student, becoming the first Albanian student at this institution.
Ms. Hoti has extensive experience in public administration, having worked initially as a specialist at the Ministry of Finance from 2004 to 2008, as the Director of Training at ASPA from 2014 to 2018, and as an advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs from 2019 to 2020.
She also has a long academic background, having served as an external lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana (2004-2008), as an internal lecturer in the Department of Finance-Banking at the European University of Tirana (UET), and most recently as an external lecturer in the Department of Economics and Rural Development Policies at the Agricultural University of Tirana.
Ms. Hoti has successfully completed numerous training programs and is the author of several scientific articles.
