Master Trainer

Indrit Puteci is the representative of Albania in the Group of Independent Experts in the Council of Europe, trainer in the Albanian School of Public Administration, director of the consulting company “Value the Person, Albania”, advisor to the Mayor of Tirana for organization and performance, as well as engaged at the European University of Tirana as a lecturer.

Indrit Puteci has a long experience in the field of business psychology, in measuring the motivation of the workforce, psychometric assessments, enhancing the performance of management teams, both in public and private sector.

Mr. Puteci is one of the 7 certified Albanian lecturers of the “Leadership Academy Program” of the Council of Europe. He also is a researcher with advanced knowledge and long experience of expertise in the political, administrative, financial and legal aspects of government.
