With Klemen, a Slovenian expert, we are discussing problem analysis techniques and incorporating problem analysis as an approach to our training programs.

Today we held a productive discussion on training programs and work coordination with colleagues and representatives of human resources structures, line ministries and independent institutions.

Today with Peter Vandenbruaene, one of the leading experts of the European Network of Schools of Public Administration on Training Needs Assessment. We take care of the staff on a daily basis, ensuring that it has the best expertise in order to provide the highest quality services to the public administration.      

Thanks to the exchange of experience with expert Peter Vandenbruaene from the Training Institute of the Federal Administration in Belgium, today we started building our newest “Talent +” Program.

Another training day with Peter Vandenbruaene from the Training Institute of the Federal Administration on Training Evaluation. The training process is very important to us, this is why we pay our maximum attention to it.      

Today we had the pleasure of meeting again and discussing with the colleagues Arife Gashi and Erik Akse from the Office of the Prime Minister of Kosovo in the framework of bilateral cooperation.
