Eliona Lloja
Master Trainer
Eliona Lloja has a degree from the Faculty of Justice and holds the title of Lawyer.
During her student years, she started to get involved in youth NGO-s, taking part in many trainings and later on serving as an animator in youth centers. Due to these experiences, she became involved as a coordinator for NDI in campaigns of advocacy and lobbying, acquiring knowledge and giving her contribution in community engagement.
Further on, she becomes part of the public administration, for 10 years as part of HIDAACI, offering her consultancy and trainings in relation to conflict of interest and declaration of assets, in partnership with ASPA, OSCE, etc.
Currently, besides her daily work at OPC, she continues to be engaged as a trainer for the public administration through ASPA, where by sharing her knowledge she gains positive feedback and motivation. Her fields of expertise include Anticorruption & Ethics, Conflict of Interest & Declaration of assets, and Whistleblower & their protection
