🇦🇱🤝🇬🇷 The Albanian School of Public Administration and the Greek National Centre for Public Administration & Local Government, have signed today a cooperation agreement to foster long-term collaboration in the area of learning and development in order to best serve to public administration in crating the right culture and environment for individuals and organizations to learn and grow.

About Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA):
The Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA) is a central, public institution responsible for providing obligatory and non-obligatory learning and development services to central government, local government, and independent institutions. Our institution was established in Tirana, in the year 2000, initially organized as the Training Institute of Public Administration (TIPA) and since 2013 as the Albanian School of Public Administration. The purpose of our organization is to support the development of the Albanian Public Administration, ensuring that public employees have the knowledge, skills and experience to fulfil individual and organizational needs. In the year 2021, ASPA has trained 6728 individuals and 36892 participants from public administration bodies.
About the Greek National Centre for Public Administration & Local Government (EKDDA):
The National Centre of Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA), is the Greek national strategic agent for the development of the Human Resources of the Public Administration and Local Government. It was founded in 1983 and is a legal entity governed by public law and supervised by the Minister of Interior.
EKDDA has developed a wide network of collaborations with similar bodies and actively participates in international forums and meetings. It also participates in UN and OECD programs, as well as in European civil service exchange programs. It is a member of the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Public Administration ( IASIA ), of the European Public Administration Group ( EGPA ), and participates in the Network of Principals of Schools and Institutes of Public Administration of the European Union (DISPA).
The National Center for Public Administration & Local Government , since 1999 implements a Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001 standard and has adopted indicators for measuring its efficiency and effectiveness.
