The training engaged attendees through case studies, simulations, and expert exchanges, providing hands-on experience with the external evaluation process.

Participants left with a deeper understanding of the latest developments in external feedback, including its purpose, principles, and practical application, to evaluate and support organisationsโ€™ maturity and continuous improvement through the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) and Principles of Excellence.
