Rovena Beqiraj

Master Trainer

Miss Rovena Beqiraj, after gratuation in University of Bologna Faculty of Law, has been graduated with a Master Degree in Consitutional and Public Law in European University of Tirana on “Decentralisation and local government”.

She has a consolidated experience in Public Administration which includes local and central government, primary and secondary legislation and administrative acts.

Miss. Beqiraj since 4 years leads Concession and PPP Unit and has provided a huge contribution orienting political and practical policies in the scope of Public Private Partnerships and helping on procedure facilitation on awarding PPP projects.

She has organised several trainings and workshops on Concessions and PPP and has been participated most of national and international conferences in these issues.
