Mimoza Hajdari is a Training Manager at the Albanian School of Public Administration. She has served as a Human Resources and Finance specialist at ASPA for three years now. She has previously accumulated a long experience as a Training Specialist at the Training Institute of Public Administration, where she has worked for about nine years.
Ms. Hajdari graduated from the Polytechnic University of Tirana in 1995 in the field of Mechanical Engineering and has in the past been engaged in teaching in vocational secondary education. Later, she has studied at and graduated in Business Management from Fan Noli University in 1999.
She finished her Masters Degree in Public Policy and Administration in 2011 in order to complete her profile as a public servant. She has been trained in various fields, such as: European integration issues, project design and management, general institutional management, public sector financial management, conflict of interest, gender issues, and has participated in Trainer of Trainers programmes in the field of staff training and recruitment.
